Palin: Donald Trump Is ‘Joe Six-Pack’ With ‘Common-Sense’ Solutions

Sarah Palin didn’t exactly endorse Donald Trump — not yet, anyway. But she sure does like seeing him out there kicking up so much trouble.

“Donald Trump, he’s got these Joe Six-Pack issues on his mind, and he’s got these Joe Six-Pack common-sense solutions,” Palin declared, during an appearance Tuesday night on Fox News’ On the Record with Greta Van Susteren. “He just happens to be an extremely successful and charismatic — with a very large platform — Joe Six-Pack.”

She continued: “But amazing how it is that he’s connecting with the people, and what it is that we’ve been saying all along. Finally, we have someone with the guts, who isn’t bought by anyone, he doesn’t belong to anyone, he’s his own man, he’s very independent. So I’m very pleased that he is offering himself up in the name of service to our country.”

Though on the subject of “service to our country,” it doesn’t look like Palin got asked any questions about Trump’s insults directed at the military record of John McCain, her former running mate from the 2008 election. The GOP frontrunner had mocked McCain for being a prisoner of war in Vietnam.

Oh, and is it possible to build that wall and make Mexico pay for it, governor? “Heck yeah, it’s possible!”
